Meet Library Telescope VB001
The telescope that helped launch BBAA's Library Telescope Program.
About This Telescope
Library Telescope VB001 helped launch BBAA's Library Telescope Program in 2015. It is a modified Orion StarBlast 4.5-inch reflector designed for simple public lending and has introduced generations of Virginia Beach library patrons to the night sky.
Using This Telescope
The current official Library Telescope getting-started guide includes videos, setup guidance, finder alignment, observing tips and manuals. Operation of the Orion StarBlast is very similar to the current Apertura Library Telescope.
